This includes partial releases to sell off specs; extension of credit lines; build multiple specs/models simultaneously; pay off existing loans and obtain additional construction funds...or any other scenario. However, we cannot substitute equity for the down-payment requirement. It WILL be credited at closing to reduce your LTV if necessary.
